899jl does not warrant that: (a) the platform will operate without interruption or error; (b) any specific game outcome will result; (c) the platform will be free from malicious software or security vulnerabilities at all times; or (d) any content or information provided on the platform is accurate, complete, or current. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
